Don't book. It's a scam

Nothing. I could not get into the apartment

We arrived at the apartment and we were never able to obtain the keys. We tried contacting the owner and to this day I haven't got a reply. We ended up contacting booking.com and had to look for another place. What I saw from the outside was not nice at all

I can say the location and access to metro was good

The location was very good, near to cafes and restaurants and a few minutes walk to subway.

The facilities didn’t work properly. There wasn’t enough toilet paper provided for our stay. The shower tap was leaking significantly. The bathroom fan made a loud chirping noise, so we couldn’t use it. Also, the power outlet for the electric kettle and coffee machine didn’t work, so we had to place them on the floor and plug them into the TV outlet instead.

Non, l'appartement est propre : fuites d'eau, humidité omniprésente. Je demande à me lever : la douche goutte toute la journée et fait du bruit, et il y a une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain. La porte de la douche tombe dessus à chaque fois qu'on veut la fermer, quand on a contacté au propriétaire Il dit être surpris par l'état des lieux et que la femme de ménage ne lui a rien dit - mais vu l'état des lieux il est difficilement crédible qu'il ait une femme de ménage car tout est sale.

Tout n'est pas un endroit confortable mais nous avions besoin d'un logement

Bon emplacement, chambre à part.

Porte de douche désadapté, difficultés à la fermer. Grosse fuite d’eau dans la douche au niveau du mitigeur qui donne l’impression qu’il va se désinsérer à tout moment. Odeur de renfermé.

La literie du canapé lit d'après mes enfants.

Pas d'echanges possible avec le propriétaire ou la conciergerie avant notre arrivée pour avoir des informations et même durant notre séjour. Pour une famille avec des enfants en bagages cela est inadmissible. Durant le séjour, le 1er soir nous avons découvert la barre de douche détachée du mur, l'odeur de renfermé , les moisissures un peu partout sur les murs. L'aspirateur ne fonctionne pas. 2 chaises de table pour 4 personnes, très pratique... bref. Ce qui m'a le plus révolté c'est surtout l'absence de communication avec les propriétaires malgré les appels téléphoniques, les texto, la messagerie Booking et les mails en direct, honteux. Évidemment, je ne recommande absolument pas cette établissement.
