La casa está limpia y muy bien equipada tanto en los enseres de cocina como de baño y decoración. La piscina, junto a la casa, es una maravilla. La urbanización es tranquila y con bonitas plantas. Vistas inmejorables. El personal de recepción y mantenimiento están muy atentos para solucionar cualquier incidencia.
La playa y el paseo marítimo están a un km y acceso tiene bastantes cuestas.
Tres de las habitaciones están en el sótano de la casa y debido a un mal funcionamiento del suelo radiante tenían humedad.
