* Prime Location: The apartment is ideally located, making daily transit and access very convenient.
* Spacious Layout: Great volume and plenty of living space for a comfortable setup.
* Responsive Communication: The management team (HiGuests DXB) is quick to reply via WhatsApp and readily organizes technician visits or assistance.
Key Issues
* Appliances: We faced multiple failures, including a broken toaster (fire hazard), a gas cutoff, an inefficient dishwasher, and a washing machine that left persistent bad odors and residue on clothes despite repeated interventions.
* Property Condition: The walls suffer from visible humidity marks, peeling paint, and dampness.
* Pricing🚨🚨🚨: The renewal rate spiked by over 140% from one month to the next (from ~9k AED to 22k AED).
This extreme price hike makes any planning impossible and effectively forces you out. I cannot recommend this apartment for extended stays.
