hotel positioned 10 minutes walking distance to WTC. Perfect if you have to visit exhibitions. 5 minutes walking from WTC metro station. hotel is very new. supermarket in 5 minutes walking distance. apartment quite big (we took a 2 bedrooms with separated toilettes) with nice balcony. fornitures are very arab style. staff very very collaborative for resolving every possible problem
the "negative" points are many but not very relevant. Anyhow, I decided to describe. when we arrive in the apartment there were no table and chairs available, only pillows on the ground (as you can correctly see from the pictures). This is not comfortable for european people not more "young" that have to use the apartment also for working. We asked to the staff and the day after they resolved bringing one table and 4 chairs. the apartment has a typical hard cotton carpet, you cannot walk without shoes. insufficient dishes in the kitchen, very few things. in the rooms there were the forniture for the tv, but no tv available. Not easy to find a taxi

A special thanks to Mr. Ali Shah from the Front Office and Mr. Ian at the reception for their outstanding hospitality and assistance throughout our stay. They were always available, attentive to every detail, and genuinely willing to help whenever we needed anything. The room was superb, exceptionally comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. Their excellent service made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would definitely love to stay here again!
