Huge apartment with a great layout. The location is good, central to everything and the building is connected to Gate Avenue Mall - great for avoiding the summer heat. Very responsive staff who attended to everything we needed. Access to very easy, with a manned security desk and electric access codes.
A couple of small things would make it more convenient . Toiletries are provided but a basic welcome pack in the kitchen would have been good e.g. a small supply of dishwashing tablets/detergent/tea towel. A hairdryer in each bathroom (we only found one) would also be a nice touch.
