Breakfast is not included, nearest Indian restaurant is 2.5 km away
Was difficult to locate the garbage chutes, could have been better if there was small note in the kitchen on where to find it.
Also the apartment says it’s 3 bedroom, in theory was only 2 bedroom one maid room with bunk bed.

The location was excellent. Nice view .
There were lots of construction works around and noise. The access to the building and parking was blocked.
