Great place to stay a few nights, wouldn’t recommend it for a long time stay.
New mobile home with everything you need, about 2km from Omaha Beach, indoor pool and a water slide.
Not much privacy as everything is new and the hedges between the houses are still very small.

Meh.....
Omaha & the experience was amazing. The D-Day stalls etc were fantastic & the food was delicious.
No 'basic' items in the 'chalet', was definitely smaller than was first led to believe & certainly not worth the €988 for 3 nights. The small shop/reception didn't have much of food etc. No towels, linen, etc..just very disappointing & basically NOTHING, just a shell.

Geweldig genoten.
De locatie, de ontvangst, de broodservice, het zwembad, het restaurantje, en de mobile home zelf met een fijn terras overdekt. De auto geparkeerd naast de mobile home.
Geen tv, maar als je een laptop meeneemt en je hebt wifi van de camping ( 20 euro per week), dan gaat dat uitstekend.

Mooie plek op de camping, schone chalet.
De indeling was prima alleen de kastjes te hoog. Kon moeilijk bij het servies. Er was helaas geen tv.

Viel Natur und Historie.
Es war auf dem Campingplatz, ein fester Caravan, auch manchmal Chalet genannt. Es war klein aber mit allem Notwendigen eingerichtet und sogar hatte es zwei Schlafzimmer. Der Platz lag direkt oberhalb von Omaha Beach. So war man innerhalb von Minuten auf dem großen Sandstrand. Alles in allem ein entspannter Urlaub in der Normandie an historischer Stätte.
Das Wetter, viel Regen und Sturm in der ersten Zeit. Aber dafür kann keiner was und man muss sich eben darauf einstellen.

Ruhe genießen
Ein sehr schöner ruhiger kleiner Campingplatz mit netten Personal. Alles sehr sauber und auch das Bistro hat ein gutes Preisverhältnis. Fußläufig 15 Minuten zu Strand, wenn mal trittsicher ist . Menschen mit Gehbehinderung würde ich es nicht empfehlen.
Spülmaschine spült nicht vernünftig ( Salz, Klarspüler ) , Bettwäsche ist Einweg .....sehr seltsam. Wlan kostet und ist nicht sonderlich gut. Montag / Dienstag Bistro geschlossen. Couscous Wagen teuer und nicht so toll

Gezellige kleinschalige camping, goede sfeer!
Gezellige en kleinschalige camping, beheerd door behulpzame en vriendelijke mensen. Ze schoten meteen te hulp toen mijn vader was gevallen en zich had bezeerd. Prima zwembad, met laag gedeelte voor de kleintjes. Huisjes waren erg nieuw en schoon en goed voorzien. Restaurant serveert lekkere pizza’s. Mooie wandeling naar het strand op zo’n 1,5 km. Dichtbij interessante musea, begraafplaatsen en andere monumenten gerelateerd aan D-Day.
Jammer dat de glijbaan bij de speeltuin stuk was en 1 of 2 speeltuintjes extra was voor ons kind wel leuk geweest.
