Very friendly host and a very well equipped appartment. Everything of good quality and complete. Nice to receive some fruit and cookies. Good parking lot closeby.

Hosts are great and welcoming. Parking is not just theoretical, as sometimes happen, but the actual key-card for the near by parking. A complementary local snacks and a fruit basket are really nice touch. Washing machine makes it a good choice for longer stays.
Location is nice, but could be a little closer to the old town. We like walking, and there is a tram line for those who don't, so we didn't minded.
