Inferior to what was expected

Pleasant location, ideal for what was required, easy access and next to a park

Upon arrival there was 17 degrees in the room, not exactly welcoming! No possibility to use the radiators but the was an AC unit that could be used as a heater, without instructions for the remote control, should have been pretty simple to operate but not as any other I have at home or other stays in properties elsewhere. After setting the temperature and waiting sometime nothing appeared to change, upon which I searched online for an instruction manual for the AC unit, just a small detail ( providing an instruction manual or written indications ) could have made the stay more pleasant. I advised the host that I preferred not to add my documents online and that I would check -in in person upon arrival given a time too. shortly before arrival I was sent a message stating that the reception would be closed and given indications for self check-in, would have expected to be advised that the reception was closed at the time I sent the orignal message explaining my preference for the check-in procedure. Contact via whatsapp was also rather intermittent! Shower head in the bathroom not on a tight bracket hence it moves alone and water disperses everywhere.

Lovely accommodation and fantastic value

The accommodation was great, it really exceeded my expectations for the price. Really lovely artsy feel and the room had use of a communal space with a fridge and coffee machine. Great location in the town with a lovely cafe/bar just a short walk away. I’d definitely stay again if I were to go back to Thiene.

Il fatto che sei libero xe avendo fatto tutto on Line sia il pagamento che il check in nn avevamo orari xe mi hanno mandato comodamente i codici via whatsapp quindi da subito abbiamo usufruito della camera … x nn parlare del fatto che se si ha bisogno c è la lavatrice la macchinetta del caffè un frigorifero e mille messaggio molto belli. Spiegare tutte le regole

Unica pecca l insonorizzazione xe’ se la gente affianco alla tua camera nn è educata e nn tiene i toni della voce moderata ti disturba soprattutto se è mattina presto 🤪🤣

Il condizionatore puntato verso il letto, non è ottimale. La pulizia era assolutamente sufficiente, ma non perfetta. Consiglio un portasciugamano aggiuntivo vicino al lavandino (quello presente è assieme al porta carta igienica e allo scopino, quindi un po’ distante e non molto igienico)

Un piccolo frigo per più di 5 stanze...Mi e capitato una stanza per disabili,con box doccia che non chiudeva bene, piatto doccia otturatore dei capelli, lavandino uguale,per posto auto ho dovuto caminare per 800 metri,senza un TV in camera, Telli del bagno ho dovuto usarli per bloccare acqua che usciva dal bagno e andava nella stanza.Da una parte rumore lato strada,da l'altro lato rumore da un bar un parco pieno di giovani

Unico neo: nella doccia (almeno nella mia camera) non ci sono dei ripiani per appoggiare i detergenti personali.

Soggiorno nel verde

La posizione all'interno del parco e vicina al centro della città. Da una finestra della stanza era ben visibile il parco cittadino in cui è inserita la struttura. La stanza era davvero ben tenuta e molto pulita.

La presenza di giostre nei parcheggi adiacenti che ha limitato le possibilità di parcheggio e il loro rumore (comunque in parte attutito dai serramenti) ha reso difficile l'addormentamento.
