The location was great, at least for me. I had nice walks around and/or historical monuments, just a few minutes away by car. The staff super nice and Hotel really cosy and clean!

The breakfast is excellent, many options to chose. We were on a business trip and the hotel exceed our expectations, very comfortable and people take care of you. Piece of advice: book taxis in advance.

A business stay in a wonderful location of Italy, but left underwhelmed when arrived to the hotel

The view was decent and the cleanliness of the room was above average.

After driving 800 kms the day of arrival, I was hoping to get a nice dinner with some drinks; however, the receptionist destroyed my hopes after saying their restaurant is closed for 2 weeks and handing me a paper to choose my breakfast a day before. In this day and age, it is silly and questionable when the facility requires the order to be placed hours, 1 day, before the actual breakfast. In addition, the selection was mediocre and the size of the actual meal was underwhelming. Furthermore, the room I received was on the second floor of the tall building of the hotel, with no elevator and steep steps. Hence, quite an awful experience after the loing drive. Upon questioning the position of the room, the necessity to order the day prior and no access to a hotel lounge bar, the receptionist had the audacity to ask "Do you have a problem?" All in all, the experience at this hotel was quite unique, underwhelming and not comforting at all. The chances of travelling here again are slim and I do not recommend anyone to stay here for business or other short stays, unless absolutely required.

Great staff, clean rooms, great value for money.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and forthcoming, even provided breakfast earlier than per original schedule, so I could keep my appointments. The room was of good size for 2 people. Would definitely come again

I couldn't figure out a mode of transportation between hotel and train station. So next time I would probably take a taxi - has nothing to do with the hotel itself though.

Met every expectation

We have stayed at this property previously and it is close to the friends that we were visiting. The property is family managed by the 3rd generation of family. It met our expectations and the owners did everything to make our stay pleasant.

Our room was on the 3rd floor and the property has no lifts but has a stair trolley which facilitates the moving of bags to the top level and would facilitate a person requiring a wheelchair. The manager insisted on taking care of our luggage into our room on our arrival and again on our departure.

Ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Belvedere e mi sono trovato molto bene. Struttura accogliente, camere pulite e confortevoli, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare con professionalità. Ottima anche la posizione, comoda per muoversi in zona. Consigliato!

buon hotel per brevi viaggi di lavoro

sicuramente la posizione , hotel facilmente accessibile e dotato di comodo parcheggio , ottima la colazione servita come al ristorante e gentilissimo lo staff oltre alla pulizia impeccabile anche in camera

camere un pochino "datate", diverse da quelle apparse nell'annuncio , soprattutto il bagno ed in particolare la doccia, dotata unicamente di tendina

Lo raccomando a tutti coloro che devono soggiornare o anche solo pernottare in zona.

Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Camera singola di dimensioni normali ma con un bel terrazzo indipendente. Bagno con doccia di dimensione e fattura passabile (le stanno rinnovando). Il punto di assoluto pregio è la colazione: la scegli alla sera tra un ampio menù (dolce e salato, frutta e spremute vere) e alla mattina viene preparata e servita nella sala all'orario che ciascuno preferisce con piatti preparati poco prima o all'istante: ottima colazione e soprattutto nessuno spreco. Bravissimi!

L'établissement est très récent et le niveau de propreté est très satisfaisant.

L'équipe n'est absolument pas préparée à accueillir un public international. J'avais besoin d'un taxi le lendemain matin pour me rendre à une réunion. J'ai découvert qu'il n'y avait pas de taxis dans la ville. J'ai demandé de l'aide à l'équipe qui m'a remis une liste de services de chauffeurs. Comme je ne parle pas italien, j'ai demandé de l'aide pour obtenir les informations nécessaires (horaires et destination). La personne présente m'a proposé quelqu'un qui ne pouvait pas venir à l'heure prévue. J'ai alors demandé qu'on continue à chercher une solution. Elle m'a répondu que je devais essayer, car elle avait autre chose à faire (certes, elle l'a dit avec le sourire, mais...). J'ai passé trois heures à envoyer des messages à toute la liste des prestataires suggérés par l'hôtel, et ceux qui m'ont répondu proposaient des tarifs allant jusqu'à 40 euros pour parcourir 5 km... Toutes les difficultés que j'ai rencontrées pour organiser mon transport n'ont pas du tout sensibilisé le personnel de l'hôtel. Un manque total de préparation pour répondre à ce qui sont pourtant les besoins fondamentaux d'un voyageur.

Hotel piccolo e ben gestito. Terrazzino con tavolino e sedia. Colazione a livello cinque stelle lusso per scelta e qualità.

Camera un po' spartana e con arredamento datato. Posizione affacciata su un'area di servizio, non esattamente un belvedere.
