The apartment itself is good

The staff were sooo unhelpful throughout the process. The check in “reception” was around 20mins walk from the actual property. Was only given 3 hours window to check in and would have to pay a fine for silly things you usually don’t get fined for. No WIFI. Everything is set up purely for profit and maximising the ways the can make money from you.

1/10 – Terrible experience, avoid this place! We had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this apartment. First of all, we had to pick up the key from a completely different location. The staff member who gave us the key was extremely rude, even though we did absolutely nothing wrong. When we entered the apartment, it was completely unclean and unlivable. The bed and kitchen table were full of hair, the floors were dirty, and the bathroom was not hygienic at all. After spending less than an hour there — just enough time to take photos and videos as proof — we had no choice but to leave and book another place to stay. Despite leaving the keys on the table and informing the host, they even tried to accuse us of damaging the place, which is completely false. This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a rental. I strongly advise others to read the reviews before booking — clearly, we are not the first ones who went through this. Not recommended at all. Stay away.

lenzuola sporche, pentole e stoviglie inutilizzabili, non ci ha lasciato manco la carta igienica. frigo sporco, cucina sporca, il bagno era intasato dal primo utilizzo. gli asciugamani erano sporchi e bucati.

Della struttura non mi è piaciuto assolutamente nulla, eravamo io e la mia collega un viaggio di lavoro e la casa era completamente sporca

Zero flessibilità per il check in. Check in ad una posizione diversa dall'appartamento, con tanta perdita di tempo perché bisogna fare la fila. Appartamento molto sporco: lenzuola con muffa, asciugamani (uno solo a testa) sporchi, cattivo odore. Muffa ovunque . Niente acqua da bere. Carta igienica ovunque, ma non in bagno. Proprietario assente.

Allora sono arrivato , ho fatto il check in prima dell’orario stabilito ma volevano comunque la quota aggiuntiva per i fuori orario. Titolare irraggiungibile . Arrivo in appartamento al 3 piano senza ascensore . Senza aria condizionata , ma con termosifoni accesi c’erano circa 50 gradi . Puzza di mazza tremenda Bagno indecente Ho dormito tutta la notte sudando anche tra le lenzuola . In tarda serata la signora si fa viva e mi chiede di riportare la quota al check in l’indomani , io mi rifiuto e le dico che gliela lascio sul tavolo , la quale a sua volta mi chiede foto dimostrativa . L’indomani mattina le lascio chiavi e soldi sul tavolo le invio foto lei la visualizza ma non ringrazia , come se le fosse dovuto tutto . Insomma esperienza orrenda . Mai più . Non ci tornerò mai più .

Casa totalmente suja. Não foi limpa. Não havia papel higiénico. Toalhas sujas. Loiça suja. Localização péssima. Check in e processo de recolha chave péssimo. Evitem. Não deveria ser possível reservar este espaço nestas condições.

Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Appartamento pulito e ampio il giusto per tre persone.

Reception esterna all'hotel in orari ristretti e limitanti ( check in al pomeriggio), nessuno ci ha accompagnato all'alloggio

Purtroppo, la mia esperienza in questo B&B è stata tutt'altro che positiva. Fin dall’arrivo, i problemi sono stati evidenti: la "reception", lontana dall’,appartamento era semplicemente una stanza trasandata, gestita da un ragazzo straniero che faceva tutto tramite telefono e con cui era difficile comunicare. Il risultato? Una fila interminabile per ritirare le chiavi, con un’organizzazione praticamente inesistente. La stanza era un altro tasto dolente: sporca, arredata con mobili vecchi e trasandati, e con un bagno piccolo e fatiscente, assolutamente non all’altezza delle aspettative. Nel complesso, un soggiorno deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. Decisamente da evitare.
