It was dirty with another mans underwear on the cupboards nothing worked including wifi and and many lights and was overall dirty.

Well priced and 20 minute walk to Centre of Bologna.
Not very clean bathroom, not a proper stand up shower. Host didn’t send check in details and not very helpful/friendly at check in.

Old appartment but good and clean the quality is = price
It is near the city centre of Bologna and near to the flixbus station, the appartment is old with old furnitures but renewed and clean!
You have everything in the kitchen and salon
Washing machine doesn't work for us and no bath curtain in the bathroom in the summer the apartment is warm and fortunately I had a ventilator with us otherwise it's a little warm

no wi fi, TV was not working, the food that previous guestes left was still in the kitchen, apartment smelled bad, kitchen was poorly equipped, bathroom was quite disgusting, only 1 set of bedsheets avaiable.

Nice apartment, but poor communication.
The apartment was large in size, with a well equipped kitchen.
No Wifi like it advertised which was extremely frustrating as a solo traveller. Also lack of communication about a lockbox until 1pm the day of arrival. By that time of the day my phone had run out of batteries and I very confused when I arrived and there was no one to greet me and no instructions of where I was staying.
The apartment is also next to a railway line. The noise wasn’t too bad as the windows were double glazed.

Spacious and clean apartment, close to the center. The apartment is under renovation, there is nothing wrong here, but the host should say about it in the description
There is no wifi, the TV does not work, there are only a few meters to the railway and the trains that pass often are noisy, especially at night

Dobra lokalizacja, trochę na uboczu, ale w 15 min można wszędzie dojść na piechotę, zarówno na dworzec kolejowy, jak i do centrum Bolonii. Nie obawiajcie się bliskości torów kolejowych i pociągów, bo naprawdę niewiele je słychać. Można spać :)
Mieszkanie choć czyste to mega "trąca myszą", jak lata 60-te u babci. Przydałby się remont. Łazienka duża, ale ciężko umyć się w nieprzyjemnie wyglądającej wannie. Kuchnia spoko, choć nie korzystaliśmy. W pokoju meble okropne, na fotelach brzydziliśmy się usiąść. Stołki miały chyba 40 lat. Tapicerka porwana i zamiast miękkiego wypełnienia to deska obleczona tapicerką. Wersalka też okropna. Wszędzie ciemno bo świeciło się po jednej, góra dwie żarówki. Najlepiej było w sypialni. Łóżko dosyć wygodne i tam chyba dosyć oświetlony był pokój.

Me gusto mucho la habitación con buen espacio, la cocina y todo impecable. Me hubiera gustado que hubiera una cortina de baño, ya que el agua salpica afuera de la tina y tienes que trapear cada que te bañas, pero fuera de eso todo me pareció muy limpio

Pulizia scarsa, casa fatiscente, arredi e accessori vecchissimi , bagno sporco, illuminazione delle stanze da letto scarsissima, solo un una stanza c'era una ventola a soffitto mentre nella seconda e in cucina si moriva di caldo. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto pulire il bagno prima di utilizzarlo. Poca comunicazione col locatore anche per quanto riguarda l'utilizzo del parcheggio privato.Non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Casa grande e autonoma, un po' vecchia
Autonomia e grandezza della casa. Acqua calda sempre disponibile.
Bagno e cucina molto vecchi, utensili non curati in cucina. Vasca senza tenda e blocco per doccino. Aspirapolvere nell'armadio, coperte un po' alla rinfusa. Pulizia non impeccabile. Scale con alzata molto alta (per chi ha valigie pesanti o bici a seguito e la vuole portare in casa).

Ponownie byłem tutaj - apartament wygodny mimo pociągów - po atrakcjach Bolonii, śpi się dobrze😉. Widać nowy sprzęt w kuchni. Wspaniale że jest parking!!!

La posizione collegata bene con i mezzi pubblici e a 10 a piedi dal centro, infissi nuovi insonorizzati che riduce molto il rumore dei treni

Impossibile dormire
Molto vicino al centro, raggiungibile sia a piedi che con i mezzi, spazioso
Mi dispiace dirlo ma è stato un soggiorno alquanto travagliato. Iniziando dal fatto che è stato difficile reperire le chiavi in quanto l'agenzia delle pulizie le aveva lasciate nella cassetta sbagliata, facendoci trovare poi la casa ancora tutta bagnata.
Due punti a favore dell'abitazione sono il parcheggio privato (anche se noi non ne abbiamo usufruito) e che l'interno era stato evidentemente pulito e gli asciugamani erano intonsi, non si può però dire lo stesso delle coperte e delle federe dei cuscini, che presentavano delle macchie.
Ci tengo ad avvisare che la casa si affaccia sulle rotaie ferroviarie, e che i treni si sentono ad ogni loro passaggio, quindi potrebbe risultare fastidioso se si ha un sonno leggero, ma per noi è stato molto trascurabile.
Un grande problema è che non siamo riusciti ad avere acqua calda, dato che al nostro arrivo la caldaia era staccata e nonostante le istruzioni date dal proprietario, anche dopo averla riattaccata l'acqua calda non è mai arrivata.
La parte peggiore di tutte è che entrambi i giorni di pernottamento, sabato e domenica, non siamo riusciti a dormire tranquillamente nonostante le faticose giornate. Sabato mattina presto siamo stati svegliati da fortissimi e persistenti rumori di trapano e la mattina seguente da qualcuno che ha deciso di cantare ad altissima voce e in modo inquietante da uno degli appartamenti vicini.
So che non ci si può aspettare il lusso visto il prezzo, ma uno si aspetterebbe almeno di poter riposare in pace. L'insieme di tutti questi fattori mi ha purtroppo portato a dover lasciare una recensione molto negativa

Matige accomodatie op een discutabele plek
De locatie was prima, 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum, onderweg genoeg keuze voor heerlijke koffie!
Het is oud. bed is vreselijk, doorgezakt, kraakt en ik heb er rugpijn van.
De keuken heeft geen bestek of kook messen.
De badkamer mist een douche gordijn, alles is nat na het douchen. Als er warm water gebruikt wordt ruikt het bij de cv ketel naar gas!!!
Het ligt naast een 4 baans spoorlijn. Maakt enorm veel herrie!!
