Die Unterkunft war sehr günstig gelegen, so dass man vieles erlaufen konnte. Es war sauber und alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt.

Ottima posizione, ritiro chiavi facile, la casa è bella e spazione e ha in dotazione tutto quanto necessario a un soggiorno in appartamento anche di media durata.
4 piani di scale, col caldo di Roma, sono stati provanti, ma nulla di chè se non si hanno problemi <3

It's spacious.
Kitchen
It's not clean enough.
Many visible dust on the floor and all the installed sheves.
We had to clean before we put our staff :(
In 2 bathrooms there was a visible stain and the bathroom mat was absolutely disgusting. It was obvious that they never washed it. (I had to wash it... See photo)
AC in the bedroom didn't not work.
(Could turn on but air didn't come out)
Since we've seen that the facility is not clean enough we didn't even want to try to sit on the sofa etc...
It was very comfortable.
