Appartamento pulito e accogliente. Comodo da raggiungere. Quartiere universitario di San Lorenzo, tanti locali presenti nella zona. Bar ristoranti e pizzerie. La proprietaria, Simona, molto gentile e disponibile.

Nous avons apprécié la terrasse. La réactivité de notre hôte.
Le logement manque de confort et ne dispose que du strict minimum. Pas de sac poubelle, pas de pastille pour le lave vaisselle, pas de balai. Nous avons dû demander, dès notre arrivée, qu'une partie du nettoyage de la cuisine et de la vaisselle soit fait, ainsi que le changement de la bouilloire qui était HS et un étendoir car il était oxydé etc... Pas la meilleure façon de débuter un séjour. Nous sommes restés une semaine. Le ménage laisse à désirer dans son ensemble. Nos draps étaient trop petits, la lunette des toilettes trop petite et instable. Pour information le véritable centre historique est à 40mn de bus. La terrasse a un vrai potentiel, il faudrait simplement la réaménager et jeter ce qui est cassé.
