Fast communication with the property manager and comfortable beds. Very spacious. The apartment is around 30–40 minute walk from the city center, but it is well connected by public transport. The building and the neighborhood were also very quiet, which made our stay relaxing.
It was a little complicated to collect the keys, as we first had to open one lockbox to get the keys for the outside door and then use those keys to access a second lockbox containing the keys to the building and apartment. The mosquito screens were also damaged, so they did not properly prevent mosquitoes from entering. There was a portable air-conditioning unit, but it was quite noisy.

Posizione ottima
Fra i servizi dell appartamento si parlava di “condizionatore”, in realtà è un pinguino e per utilizzarlo serve tenere la finestra aperta per far passare il tubo di scarico. Non raffredda granché ed é poco utile nelle sere caldissime di Bologna.
