Een extra set handdoeken voor een verblijf van 8 nachten had heel prettig geweest, nu wasje gedraaid.

Everything about the apartment was very good, well-organized and clean. The Triana neighborhood is delightful, with a combination of real Sevilla citizens going about their lives, and shops/restaurants available to shop in.

Unfortunately, there was confusion about the delivery of keys. All of the previous communication had been in English, and we were told to specify a precise arrival time, so someone could meet us at the apartment. The day of arrival, we received an email in Spanish which had information about multiple things, one of which informed us that the keys were in a lock box, and gave us the code. I didn't read that far down in the message, because I didn't know it contained that critical information. Again, previous messages had indicated a face-to-face key delivery. We sat on the curb for 45 minutes, waiting at first, and then trying to reach someone at their offices by phone, to understand what happened. Once in, everything was wonderful.
