You’ll have everything you need during your stay—all brand-new and tastefully selected by me following the 2017 renovation.
The location is unbeatable for an authentic local experience in the Triana neighborhood, right next to the Los Remedios neighborhood and just a stone’s throw from the city’s historic center.
The building features a beautiful landscaped communal courtyard with a fountain that creates a relaxing atmosphere.
The space
When I say you’ll have everything you need during your stay, I mean it with full confidence, since this is my fully equipped primary residence that I rent out as a whole unit during certain times of the year.
Everything is brand-new following the 2017 renovation and has been tastefully selected by me to ensure optimal comfort for both myself and my guests.
Guest Access
You’ll have 80 m² of space at your disposal, with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, as well as a spacious open-concept living-dining-kitchen area with access to the terrace—which you can use not only for dining, cook, or watch TV, but also as a multipurpose room for yoga, overlooking the landscaped courtyard shown in the photos.
Each bedroom has a lock that can be secured from the outside and a manual locking system on the inside to ensure greater privacy for each guest.
Other highlights
There is an elementary and middle school near the apartment, and sometimes you can hear students playing team sports such as basketball or indoor soccer.
