Appartement spacieux, propre, bien équipé, avec un accès privé, endroit calme.

Appartement un peu vieillissant par endroit, une douche un peu triste, certaines choses sont cassées et mériteraient d’être réparées, surtout par rapport au prix (140€) que nous avons payé!

Lovely little apartment, very comfortable and clean, situated in a lovely quiet area and 10-15 min walk to main attractions. María the host was very friendly and was updated throughout our stay on where to visit & if needed anything, nice little touches when we arrived with wine, cakes etc

The apartment have a slight musty smell but overall not a major problem

En general todo espectacular. El apartamento está muy bien situado, tiene todo lo necesario, limpio, cama supercómoda, ubicado en una urbanización muy tranquila y a un paseo del centro. María, la anfitriona, estuvo en comunicación todo el tiempo, superamable, la información de qué visitar en Sevilla no podía ser más completa. El trato inmejorable.

Nada. Todo estuvo perfecto.

Host was very nice, responsive and caring. Beautiful bathroom with various water jet locations. Kitchen is well stocked with basic supplies, spices, oil, rice, pasta.

Location is inconvenient. Except for Triana river walk, it takes minimum 30 minutes walk to major attractions and old town. Metro is pretty useless since it is not frequent and very crowded. we were there during Holy Week and it was impossible to walk or to take taxis to historic center since the roads were blocked or very crowded after 2 pm. We booked this apartment based on the very good reviews even though it was more expensive than another apartment near Plaza de Espana. What a big mistake. Apartment lacked modern comfort, no dishwasher, no oven, no coffee machine (there is Nepresso but no pod). Worse part was that kitchen has a strong moldy smell probably caused by the washing machine. There was essential oils in the room but it didn’t get rid of the moldy smell.
