Great facilities, very nearly every possible need had been thought of. Modern, comfortable, exceptionally clean. Location was excellent (so close to town centre and port, near several restaurants and pubs). Parking was never any problem. Very nice and generous welcome pack provided - for both humans and dogs!

Only one very minor niggle - could have provided some sugar (to go with the free tea, coffee and milk provided). (And if anyone was to use the cooking facilities, then ideally some salt and oil could be provided too.)
