Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, bardzo czytelne instrukcja jak dostać się do apartamentu, ładny apartament.
Loteria, jeśli chodzi o parking. Wieczorami trudno znaleźć miejsce do zaparkowania. Poduszki? Brak normalnej poduszki! To, co wyglądało jak poduszka, nie nadawało się do spania.

Zadbana okolica. Dobra odległość do centrum Lublina. Apartament wyposażony w podstawowe potrzebne rzeczy. Czysty.
Ogromny minus za to, że z apartamentu obok słychać wszystko. I apartament obok słyszy również nas. Nie polecam rezerwować nocleg dla rodzin, w którym jesteś rozliczany stukaniem w ścianę i przeklinaniem za każdym razem, kiedy dziecko zapłacze(!). Dodatkowe łóżeczko turystyczne było uszkodzone, z jednej strony się nie zapinało, więc nie można umieścić tam malucha w sposób bezpieczny.

1. Ciche nowe osiedle. 2. Dobra lokalizacja. 3. Bardzo pomocny właściciel.
1. Niezabezpieczony osprzęt elektryczny w przedsionku lokalowym tuż przy drzwiach wejściowych. Brak zaślepki grozi porażeniem dziecka prądem. 2. Słaba akustyka (słychać sąsiedzi za ścianą międzylokalową). Przyczyną może być konstrukcja bloku, która została wykonana z płyty wielkiej. 3. Niewyregulowana stolarka okienna.
