Łatwość zameldowania, czystość w apartamencie.
Cienkie ściany, słychać wszystko z apartamentu obok, brak komfortu jak wracasz zmęczony po całym dniu a sąsiedzi jeszcze nie mają zamiaru iść spać. Brak gwarancji miejsca parkingowego - w opisie obiektu jest zaznaczone że jest dostępny prywatny bezpłatny parking, a jak dopytałam przed naszym przyjazden właściciela jak się na ten parking dostać, powiedział, że to bezpłatny parking publiczny, na którym nie gwarantuje miejsca, a prywatne miejsce oferuje za opłatą 20zł/dobę.
