מחיר נוח דירה מאובזרת ברמה סבירה לכל צרכינו. מיקום טוב להגעה עם רכב (נסיעה קצרה ברכב למרכז העיר ולאטרקציות בסביבה) מינימרקט "זבקה" במחירים הוגנים בתוך המתחם בדיעבד - אם היינו מגלים את נושא השלט רחוק לחנייה ומהו המקום בו מותר לחנות, היה הרבה יותר טוב...

התקשורת עם בעלי הנכס - בלתי אפשרית.. הגענו עם רכב גדול ועמוס ולא היו הנחיות כיצד להשתמש בזכות החנייה, שהיתה סיבה מרכזית לבחירה בדירה זו. (כדי להיכנס נדרש שלט רחוק לשער החשמלי של מתחם המגורים הגדול ונדרש לדעת איזו חנייה מתוך מאות החניות המסומנות במתחם שייכת לדירה. כאמור - לא היה את מי לשאול..). בהוראות שקיבלנו נדרשנו לפנו למפעילים אם אנחנו רוצים חנייה... אבל בכל הטלפונים ענו בפולנית ... בסופו של דבר חנינו מחוץ למתחם עם סכנת קנס, סכנת נזק לרכב וצורך לסחוב את המזוודות מרחק רב ברגל. ליקוי שולי שאולי יפריע לאחרים: במרפסת נותרו 2 מאפרותמלאות בדלים מ-2 תקופות שונות...

Słaby TV, ze słabą propozycją programową TV. Np. brak expresu do kawy. Łazienka dawno straciła swój blask. No i nie jest żaden apartament, tylko zwykłe mieszkanie.

Area pretty silent

I didn't like the thing that you need to pay extra money for the parking space(which is attached to the house by default). There is a parking slot that is reserved at the apartment but the owner wants an extra 20zl for that, which looks weird for me. I faced such a situation for the first time and cannot understand why do I need to pay, it isn't city parking or some kind of private parking, that should be included in the flat price. There were free parking slots inside the apartment's area but the owner didn't allow me to enter my car on the territory and park it on some of them. The apartment is overpriced as for me. We found a lot of dust on the windowsill and lamps.
