UP CHARGE UP CHARG UP CHARGE - BEWARE
The only nice thing I can say about this property is that the bed was comfortable and they made an effort to decorate.
This property should have a 2.0 rating and is absolutely NOT worth what they are charging. Here’s why:
Disrepair: The floor boards have holes and are lifting, the bathroom has black mould and the kitchen counter has holes. The were holes in the duvet and there’s no handle on the inside of the gated entrance. You have to tap the magnetic unlock button and then somehow wedge the door open with your fingernails. I have pictures of all of this but there’s only room for four photos.
Damp: The inside has a damp feeling. Even the bedding feels damp. When you wake up in the morning your skin feels wet. It was not good for my asthma and is the obvious source of the mould.
Location: This property is not in a very nice location and we did not feel safe walking to the public transportation. The photos of the outside of the building give you clues as to the less than ideal location.
Up Charges: Everything has an up charge. I asked when I booked if we’d be able to drop our bags off before check-in. I didn’t receive a reply. The day we were arriving, I asked again. I was told I had to complete the ‘passport’ and then after I’d filled it all out and paid the deposit, there would be an option to drop bags early. I had to keep prying and was finally told that there was a charge to do this…21 euro! As you complete the ‘passport’ check-in, you’ll see that there’s an up charge for everything. Crib 21 euro, extra towels for 2, 20 euro, late check out 20 euro.
Damage deposit: This property has an outrageous damage deposit of 500 euro which they say will take 14 days to be returned to you. That’s a total load of BS. It should never take that long to reverse a credit card hold. Ultimately, it’s just a game to extort more money from you. As you go through the passport’ check-in, when you get to the damage deposit, you have the choice of them holding 500 euro for two weeks OR you can donate 19 euro to them for ‘upkeep’ instead.

Overall, the stay was pleasant. The apartment was clean and had fast internet. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and a metro station within walking distance, which was very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with lots of dishes, a toaster, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, and a good compact fridge. There were also plenty of clean towels, and the beds were comfortable and great for a restful sleep.
There were no hooks in the bathroom, and the shower flooded the entire floor. The kitchen lacked both dish towels and a drying rack. There were very few power outlets, and most of them were placed inconveniently. The apartment is on a very low floor with direct street access and no window bars, which felt unsafe. Additionally, there was no washing machine or dishwasher, which made longer stays less comfortable.

HORRIBLE MOLD
It was spacious, but we couldn't breathe in the dangerous fumes.
There was mold everywhere in apartment #4. We could not stay in the room because of the wet/damp mold fumes. No human being should stay here. It is a Health Code Violation. I'm waiting to see if they will refund my money. This is the WORST place I've ever stayed at in my life. We had to sleep in the kitchen with the windows open just so we could breathe until the morning before I found another place. This place needs to be shut down, and the proper health authorities should be notified immediately.

Otherwise, it was a very nice apartment with all the necessities for a family like us...it was close to a metro station
It was a nice clean apartment
The only thing we didn't like was that there were ants in the place and when we arrived I spoke to the owner who was very kind and helpful. He told me that my check-in had not been done correctly so that I would receive the code and the other details and since I did what he told me I was charged for any damages that might have occurred to the house.

The reservation was wonderful, everything was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location, a quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and a laundry nearby.

Dans l’ensemble l’appartement était très propre. Un lieu vraiment calme et accessible à beaucoip de facilité. La déco qui rammène un petit côté cosy. Le lit vraiment comfortable. Plus au moins bien equiper
Il manque quand même un peu de truc genre tapis de bain et un égouttoir à vaisselle. Et la fenêtre de la chambre faut quand meme qu’on puisse tirer les rideaux en journée, l’autocollant sur celle de la fenêtre du salon fera l’affaire. Sol cassé faut faire attention. Les coussins du lit doivent être laver ou échanger. Détartrage de la boulloire vraiment nécessaire. Et air freshner et plus de papier toilet.

Comodo Appartamento al piano terra, con bar e market sotto casa..molto vicino alla metro per poter raggiungere il centro.
Quartiere molto carino e vivo.
Check-in facile, la chiave si prende direttamente fuori la porta di casa, dentro una cassetta di sicurezza con codice.
Presenza di muffa in bagno perché senza finestra e aspiratore non funzionante.
Finestra della camera direttamente sul marciapiede esterno senza una persiana o una inferiata che dìa sicurezza.
Divano letto che quando aperto,arriva davanti al frigorifero e non si può più aprire.
Mancanza di ganci sui muri per poter appendere asciugamani in bagno o in camera.
Presenza di formiche.
Deposito cauzionale di 500€ per danni causati alla struttura.. oppure rinuncia ai danni al costo di 20€.
