Proximity to Hydro.
Stains in rugs and living room ceiling, hairs on bathroom tiles, kitchen needs some TLC. Apartment in general needs TLC.

Very close to the hydro. Very spacious
Smoke detector kept beeping every couple of minutes. Living room heater did not work

Location is good. The property was clean.
No hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sink. No lights in the kitchen and hallway. Reported to the owner who said will fix it straight away and claimed to have fixed it but did not. Complained again and stayed for 3 days without it. Owner acknowledged the inconvenience and promised compensation/ refund but again did not. Complained to booking.com who have not been able to resolve with owner. Dated property and worst of all dishonest owner. Red flag. Watch out.

Location was good as a centre for exploring, kitchen facilities were very good. Place was warm and curtains provided in bedrooms were excellent. Dedicated car parking was welcome
Electrics probably needs looking at as no kitchen light or overhead light in smaller bedroom. Biggest drawback was poor hot water pressure meaning a bath was out of the question and even washing up took an age.

Excellent location, great links for transport (although we picked for proximity to UofG for a Uninopen day specifically is also great for Ovo Hydro). Clean, well equipped property at a great rate by booking (or AirBNB) standards.
Nothing negative to report. Booking process was easy and hosts comms and instructions were top notch.

No light in the kitchen. Needs a wee bit of an update. Could do with a few more milks in the fridge.

The location was good and we could walk to local bars and restaurants. We loved the area and appreciated the free parking.
The apartment feels very run down and in need of some attention. The decor is depressing, with plastic plants, scuffed walls and bright white overhead lights. The mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable. The tap in the bathroom didn't work properly, and we ran out of toilet paper in the last morning.
