The location was superb - a short walk from the train station, which makes it a good pick if you're arriving on the Leonardo Express from the airport. The hotel itself was a little worn, but everything was clean and in working order. For the price, and for just an overnight stay, it's a solid choice. In our stay, the breakfast was not included, but we grabbed coffee from the kitchen. Staff was very friendly. We (along with other guests) left our luggage for our last day of sightseeing in a room set apart from the main lobby - it was unattended, but the receptionist seemed to know by sight who was entitled to collect their bags.

The main lights in the room and bathroom gave off so little light that at first we thought they weren't working. Luckily there were other lights - bedside lamps in the room and a mirror light in the bathroom. There was nowhere to put the toilet paper in the bathroom; it tended to get damp sitting on the sink.

Acomodação com excelente localização. Próximo de bares, restaurantes, metrô, etc. Funcionários atenciosos.

O quarto é muito pequeno e ficou apertado para uma família com 5 pessoas, o banheiro alagava por não ter sequer uma cortina na área do chuveiro. Quando chegamos, nos deram a chave de um quarto e quando abri percebi que havia outra familia hospedada ali!!! Pense no perigo de ter a porta aberta por outra pessoa. Trocaram e nos deram um quarto, mas a experiência foi ruim. O café da manhã e pão de forma com queijo, leite, suco e café de máquina e as vezes croissant, não espere mais itens. No primeiro dia limparam o quarto e no segundo dia não, sem qualquer aviso.
