Extremely friendly family that runs the property. Great Sri Lankan breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and fresh juice. Very clean and I was able to check out late in evening. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely friendly family and quiet, apart from the odd train close by, but it didn't bother us. There are plenty of restaurants within 30 metres, along the railway station and a few minutes walk to the beach.
The breakfast was the best I've ever seen on holiday, with a mixture of Sri Lankan and western and lots of fruit, just delicious!
If you are a light sleeper the trains might wake you but they don't seem to be going too late at night.

I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.
Very lovely mother and daughter team.
The room was spacious and interior beautiful, great a/c and wifi, big bed, balcony, breakfast was great, very clean, bathroom with towels…
