The host was so accommodating and friendly.
Her husband even put our tuk tuk away each night.
We felt the room was a little bit claustrophobic.

I had a lovely stay here. The house is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, and train station. The room is cozy and clean. I highly recommend it.
I just wish there was better internet connection, but that is an issue across Sri Lanka.

The breakfast is ok
No drinkable water. Not even one little bottle of water at your arrival. It is a shame in a hot country where water is not drinkable for Westerners and Europeans. And not even a shop in the street to buy one single bottle of water!
- Check out at 10:30. I thought, it was a joke! So early, you don't have time to do something and don't sleep too late!.
- The woman is not so talkative and helpful because she doesn't speak English well enough to have a conversation. Hard to get understood!
- The location is bad, near the train track (you can hear the train ) in a lost street with nothing (no shops).
WiFi doesn't work properly, very slow and the internet was down on the second day.
- No shower gel to take your shower.
- No hairdryer in the room
