Good location. Good access to the apartment

Chipped crockery. Frequent request for my details and deposit on line despite already having paid for the accommodation

Locatie is top. Direct aan het strand. Elke kamer had aparte badkamer. Dus ideaal voor privacy. Volledig uitgerust.

Juan was niet vriendelijk. Na uren rijden en ferry kwamen we toe. We waren later dan afgesproken, maar dit was buiten onze macht omwille van verkeer en ferry. Ik stuurde Juan mijn live locatie via whatsapp zodat hij kon meevolgen. We hadden bagage bij en konden in de straat niet parkeren. Juan heeft niet eens aangeboden om te helpen. We waren met twee dames aan het sukkelen met al onze bagage terwijl mijn broer een parking moest gaan zoeken. Juan wilde ook de paspoorten check-in op straat doen terwijl wij stonden te sukkelen met parking en bagage. Ik heb dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Zeer moeilijk parking te vinden. Hier kregen we ook totaal geen instructies voor. We kregen ook geen rondleiding in het appartement. Ik heb zelf een sms gestuurd om de wifi code te vragen. Misschien had Juan een slechte dag. Er was zelfs geen flesje water in de frigo. We hebben 4 dagen moeten doen met dezelfde handdoeken… er was ook geen wasmiddel…

Квартира расположена через две улицы от ночных баров, можно спокойно спать ночью. В районе есть несколько кафе и кофеен где вкусно кормят. Мы пользовались холодильником в основном для напитков и фруктов ( хорошо что холодильник нормального размера). В квартире две ванных комнаты, т.е. никаких очередей.

Во второй спальне слышно гул кондиционера соседей.

We recently stayed at this apartment for the first time, though I’m a frequent visitor to Fuengirola. Communication was smooth both before arrival and on‑site via WhatsApp. Location - The apartment is conveniently situated about a 10‑minute walk from both the Fuengirola railway and bus stations, and only a short stroll from the beach. A supermarket (Dia) and a well‑stocked fruit & veg shop on the street, with a larger supermarket nearby, while plenty of bars, cafés and restaurants line the surrounding area. Access -Located on the 7th floor, the building has a reliable lift. Entry to the main entrance and the apartment itself was straightforward with the provided keys, as other guests have reported. Apartment Details - Overall condition – The unit matches the photos, though, as another reviewer noted, the décor feels a bit dated. Kitchen – Small but functional, with adequate equipment. The microwave dial was faulty and the kettle could use replacing, but the space was sufficient for a short holiday stay. Living areas – The lounge, bathrooms and bedrooms are all satisfactory. The mattresses felt quite hard and uncomfortable, and the sofa throws, while attractive, had an unpleasant odor and could benefit from being washed between bookings. Balcony – Very limited in size, made even smaller by three air‑conditioning units and a bulky cabinet. Bottom line - A great, convenient base for a brief stay, especially given its proximity to the beach, transport links and local amenities. Yes I would stay again, though my partner was less enthusiastic.
