Bright and spacious flat in the best area of Fuengirola. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, lounge, terrace and covered parking for small or medium size car (maximum width 1,75 m). Wifi 1.000Mb. Air conditioning hot/cold throughout the flat. Close to all services: beach at 3 min, supermarket at 4 min. Pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and shops around. 10 minutes from the train and bus stations. Quiet area from where you can walk anywhere.
The space:
South facing living room with morning sun. Smart Tv with international channels, dining table and sofa. It has awnings and mosquito nets on the windows.
Kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge with large capacity freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster and kitchenware.
Laundry room with washing machine.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a programmable and silent ceiling fan, wardrobe, TV and access to the terrace. En suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, double window with mosquito net and built-in wardrobe with safe.
Both bathrooms have shower with screen.
The terrace is glazed so you can enjoy it all year round. It has mosquito nets.
The flat has an underground parking space in the same building included in the price. It is a parking space for one car with a maximum width of 1.75m.
It is a fifth floor with lift and clear views.
If you come with babies or small children we have at your disposal: bed barriers, travel cot with mattress, sheets and duvet, highchair, glasses, plates and cutlery for children.

We were very happy during our 2 weeks there. Just blocks away from the beach and right downtown in walking distance to groceries, great restaurants, etc. The renovated kitchen was excellent. The only down side was that there was no outdoor space to sit and enjoy the weather. Would recommend this unit. The host was very responsive to all our requests.
