Property was clean and well maintained. The ventilators were a God send. It has all you need. Olivier was incredible, attentive and kind. The closest beach is around 15 min by foot, but you’re quite close to a lot of other places. Definitely a good choice for a place!

The owner paid attention to details in the apartment. Our welcome, our whole stay, was informative and warmly reassuring, throughout (11 nights). Thank you very much!
The apartment is quite central to Maspalomas, with great walks (near a roundabout with x4 exits) to beaches or inland, with a good choice of bus routes. BUT a large building job was in progress next door. We were informed of this, and it was daytime only.
Also, there is a loud, fun and musical nightlife nearby. This could keep guests awake until well after midnight. Our sensible owner provided ear protectors and we became used to it. Overall, still good!

L’emplacement est bon et l’appartement correct
Bruit des travaux dans l’immeuble à côté de la terrasse ( loin d’être terminés) et la nuit bruits pénibles pour moi de la circulation de l’avenue Tirajana ( très fréquentée)
