Host very kind and really helped us when the power was shut down for a while Swimming pool very big, supermarket only 5 minutes for fresh bread each morning, each room an airco, restaurants 10 minutes walk, free parking nearby (we always had a spot for some reason :))

We didnt receive the location of the keybox, normally an automated proces, so we had to wait for 2 hours. The host however was very kind and compensated us for the inconvenience.

Klime v stanovanju so bile več kot nujne. Veliko je tudi čistil, mila, gela za pranje perila, začimb v kuhinji,... Bazen je velika dodana vrednost nastanitve. Dodatne brisače za na bazen/plažo so bile zelo koristne.

To nastanitev sem izbrala, ker je v oglasu navedeno, da je apartma velikosti 200 m2, kar pa dejansko ni res! Apartma je velik max 100 m2. To je zavajanje najemnikov in takega oglaševanja na booking.com še nisem doživela. Med vikendom je zelo težko dobiti prosto parkirno mesto, ponoči je lažje. Nastanitev bi potrebovala nekaj investicijske prenove: uničene ploščice na terasi, odpadlo kovinsko ogrodje enojne postelje, strgan sedalni del zunanjega stola, grdo odpadlo umetno usnje na notranjih jedilnih stolih,... Posode bi lahko bilo nekaj več - ni kozarcev za vino, ni lupilnika za krompir,...

Lage sehr gut in der Oberstadt von MASPALOMAS. Eigene Parkplätze und nahe zum Yumbocenter. Direkter Bus zum Faro vor der Anlage.Der Pool in der Anlage ist groß und die Poolarea gepflegt. SPAR Filiale am Haupteingang.Bungalow mit allen Notwendigkeiten bestückt. die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Eigene Gärtchen bei jedem Bungalow.

Einrichtung funktionell aber etwas spartanisch, einige Fliesen könnten repariert werden.

• Only one remote control for three air conditioning units. • It would be perfect to have a grill on the terrace. • Dust and hair on the floor upon arrival. • Overall cleanliness could have been better — not up to top standards.
