Lage sehr gut in der Oberstadt von MASPALOMAS. Eigene Parkplätze und nahe zum Yumbocenter. Direkter Bus zum Faro vor der Anlage.Der Pool in der Anlage ist groß und die Poolarea gepflegt. SPAR Filiale am Haupteingang.Bungalow mit allen Notwendigkeiten bestückt. die Anlage ist sehr ruhig und sauber. Eigene Gärtchen bei jedem Bungalow.
Einrichtung funktionell aber etwas spartanisch, einige Fliesen könnten repariert werden.

• Excellent location, close to everything. • Early check-in was possible and greatly appreciated. • Powerful air conditioning units kept the apartment cool and comfortable. • Very comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. • Washing machine available, which was very convenient.
• Only one remote control for three air conditioning units. • It would be perfect to have a grill on the terrace. • Dust and hair on the floor upon arrival. • Overall cleanliness could have been better — not up to top standards.
