5 min walk from Yumbo 309-322

Fabulous location and a nice block with beautiful plants growing in the atrium. Our apartment had a lovely view east so we could see the sea in the distance. A good basic apartment.

Some kitchen equipment was missing which the manager took on board. The advert didn’t mention WiFi but we were told to use the codes on the TV box. We spent ages trying but couldn’t get access which would have been a plus.

De geluidsisolatie van de appartementen laat te wensen over, soms wil je niet horen wat je buren aan het doen zijn.

Room 322 * Location * Efficient and strong wifi * Well- cleaned * A relatively big terrace with a table and a fantastic view * Washing machine available * Very-well equipped (in the kitchen area, iron, ironboard, laundry drying rack) * A lot of storage space ( e.g. a wardrobe with many hangers) * A new sofa/ TV stand with chest of drawers * Blinds to cut the light coming from the corridor in the sleeping room * Possibility to enter the room once the cleaning ended

Room 322: *The bed was not comfortable, too hard (an option is to sleep on a sofa instead) * Pillows need replacement * Washbasin was new but too big making it too close to the toilet (not enough space to stand in front of it, one should stand to the side) * Very small shower, might be tricky for somebody a bit bigger * Old towels * Wobbly/ unstable chairs at the kitchen counter * Old decoration * Sleeping room adheres to the corridor, which is noisy if people talk or pass during the night * Terrace door does not close/lock. * No English TV channels

La cercanía del Yumbo.

El dormitorio muy viejo. El apartamento muy pequeño, no sé ajustaba a las fotos que se publica en la ficha. El baño super pequeño, con una ducha minúscula.
