Sunlight Place Bungalow

Przestronny dom, fajny duży taras. W komfortowych warunkach spędziliśmy tam 7 dni w 5 osób i 5 rowerów :) Okolica jest cicha, chociaż przy głównej drodze. Bardzo fajne miejsce. Niedaleko plaża, sklep po drugiej stronie drogi. Bardzo polecam. Dziękujemy za możliwość przedłużenia godziny wymeldowania!

Można by było dosprzątać trochę lepiej.

We stayed in this apartment in Maspalomas until today, and overall the experience was really very positive. The location is simply amazing: extremely convenient for getting around and perfect for fully enjoying the area. The owner was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. One aspect that could be improved is the general condition of the apartment, which could use a bit of maintenance, as in some areas it feels a little worn. Aside from that, everything was fantastic! We also really appreciated the great flexibility: we were allowed to check out much, much later than the scheduled time — a rare and very welcome gesture. Highly recommended!

needs maintenance and care

Location is good, security is ok, private, closed yard. The apartments are spacious. Kitchen utensils and dishes enough. There is a hairdryer, iron, washing machine, plenty of beach towels. Check-in is easy, contactless, by yourself.

It has not been repaired for a very long time, everything is worn out (furniture, curtains, plaster), cleanliness in general needs to be improved. The terrace has not been cleaned at all (sand, cobwebs, fallen plaster), the terrace furniture has not been washed. Toilet paper and a garbage bag for a week was not enaugh (one roll, one bag), had to buy extra. The electricity regularly goes out in the evening, the fuses blow, they have to be switched on again and some sockets do not work.
