This property was great bit tired but great location great helpful staff nice and quiet.

Could do with a bit of an update

Reception staff member was friendly and helpful. I had stayed before, so I was already comfortable with getting the keys out of a key safe. In the event, I didn't need to. I am fascinated by the architecture of this apartment complex. I've never seen anything like it. I wish they had some sort of guide or information about it, because it really is fascinatingly odd, like a little castle made of stones gathered from the sea.

The wifi signal in my room was poor, but the guy on reception gave me an extender to plug in, and once I did that, everything worked really well. I had booked non-smoking, but had smokers to either side. When they smoked on their balconies - which they did a lot - the smell made sitting on my balcony much less pleasant. (Nothing worse than an ex-smoker, you know?)

Great location, easy to park outside the complex, great outside space, very nice reception person - very helpful and cheery - maintenance crew excellent as well.

The room needed a complete refurbishment - all very tired and worn. Fittings outdated and cheap - eg plastic table in lounge. Bed hard and the double was two singles. We had a kid with us and the apartment wasn’t big enough for 3 people - sleeping couch was poor too. Also no curtain on first night so kid couldn’t sleep. Also we sadly were visited by cockroaches and their families on several occasions (which the maintenance people tried to deal with). WiFi was poor too - but the helpfully reception lady put a booster in which worked great.
