Nice and quiet neighborhood, short walking distance to pub and shops. Outdoor garden with bbq that you can use, fully equipped with appliances. Very nice central heating that we needed since nights were very cold. Beds were great, not king size but very comfortable.
For sure it will need some love to make it exceptional. Lot of things are dated, some repainting and small fixes would help a lot. Bathroom should be cleaned more deeply to avoid negative feeling. Understand that this is old house but still...
One towel per person for four day stay is not sufficient.
For us was ok, more/less just for sleepover.
Lot of noise from airplanes landing at Heathrow, not taking it as a negative since whole area suffers the same.

location for site was great, home from home, my guys had everything they required. not to far from the worksite or local amenities. would use this again

Great location for the purpose of our stay. Handy off street parking.
Oven and fridge were not working properly. Not all electrical sockets were not all safely fitted to the wall. Garden was overgrown and could not be used beyond the patio area. Bedroom blinds were not sufficient to keep the room dark so we woke up with the sunrise!
