The location was exactly what we wanted within a short walk from both Osterley and Isleworth Stations. The on-site parking was a real bonus, the property was spacious, clean and the facilities were excellent. All bed linen and bath towels were provided along with shower and hand gel, washing up liquid and detergent. Great value for money.
The owner was most helpful when we needed assistance.
There was nothing to dislike, but we did experience problems locking the patio doors from the lounge to the outside patio. The owner came out even though it was 9.30 pm to help resolve the problem. Unfortunately we struggled with the door the following day and had great difficulty locking it again.

Had to wait for cleaner for nearly a hour after being confirmed we could have the key between 1 and 2 o’clock. Horrible smell coming from both bathrooms .
