Место расположения, идеальное для туристов. Колорит грузинского дворика. Как бы стык веков прошлого и современного Тбилиси, очень впечатляет.

Ошибка букинга или персонала. Выезд указан с 11.00 до 00.00 часов. Мы заехали в свой номер только после 00.00 фактически на следующий день. Но когда мы выезжали нас начали выгонять с 11.00. Очень хотелось бы, чтобы персонал прописывал правдивую информацию или более точную.

The location was very convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. It was easy to get around the city, and we felt comfortable staying in the area.

Our main concern was the check-in experience. Although the official check-in time was 3:00 PM, the host was still cleaning the apartment when we arrived. We understand that delays can happen, but we expected the property to be ready by the advertised check-in time. Unfortunately, the host did not seem to be in a hurry to finish, and only after we asked if she could complete the cleaning and leave did she do so. She also did not acknowledge the inconvenience until we mentioned it, at which point she apologized. Overall, it would have been appreciated if the apartment had been ready on time or if there had at least been proactive communication and an apology upon our arrival.
