Gostamos muito da localização, da praticidade e do apartamento em si (amplo e limpo). Vizinhança muito colaborativa e atenciosa. A área do entorno também superou as nossas expectativas: segura, rodeada de serviços, hotéis, mercados, restaurantes e próxima ao metro.
Infelizmente não tivemos uma boa experiência quanto à entrega das chaves. Em razão de um atraso do voo (fora de nosso controle) e, muito embora tivéssemos avisado com antecedência ao anfitrião sobre tal atraso, ficamos desassistidos, sem comunicação assertiva para a obtenção da chave da acomodação. Ninguém nos encontrou e o código de acesso simplesmente não funcionou. Foram longas horas de espera. Uma pena!
