Bohemian Holiday Home Next to Yumbo

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte eine sehr gute Lage in der Nähe des Yumbo Centers. Der Poolbereich war gepflegt und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen.

Der Abfluss in der Dusche hat leider unangenehm gerochen. Außerdem gab es in der Unterkunft immer wieder Ameisen. Diese Punkte sollten verbessert werden.

Excellent apartment with a perfect location, you can't be more in the center of everything than this apartment, it has everything you need, even more than that, excellent communication with the owner, really for any recommendation, I will always be happy to come back!

Everything was perfect!

I was unsure when booking this apartment, as the location and the price was too good to be true, and there were very little reviews. But I was pleasantly surprised to discover this gem in Maspalomas. If you are visiting for leisure, like I did for the winter pride, you are gonna love the location as it is 2 minutes walk from the Yumbo Shopping centre, basically 2 minutes away from where everything happens. Nice restaurants nearby, multiple supermarkets, all the gay spots a few minutes away and 15 min walk from the beach. If you are coming during any events where the stage is setup in the Yumbo center, you must know that the vibration and the music from the shopping centre are so loud you can feel your bed vibrate, so if you are looking for an holiday of peace and quiet, definitely book the appartament during low tourism season when there is no events happening. The apartment came with many appliances, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and even a washing machine. Overall, as I was there to " party " this apartment was really good, and I have already booked for next year ! :)

Unfortunately, on the other hand, I have to say that the sofa had stains all over. The bottom of the swimming pool was dirty and full of debris. The kitchen area and the sofa area have a mild problem with tiny tiny ants, it was not excessive, but annoying. There is a very strong stink coming out of the shower drain, specially after 6 PM. I asked for a late checkout, just 1.5 - 2 hours late checkout. They told me they had no one booked for the apartment, but despite having no reservation upcoming, they suggested I should have booked a whole day, instead of accomodating my request. At this point I had already told them that I had such an amazing time I had already booked the same apartment for the next year, so that left me disappointed as it showed they didn't really care.

Excellent location on top floor. Very well equipped kitchen. Fast effective Wi-Fi. Washing Machine.

Lack of storage in second bedroom. Bathroom rather packed.
