Location, facilities, cleaning less,size, and good view over the city
Only 2 towels for those 3 weeks I had to buy 2 more plus there was no changing bedsheets for this time 3 weeks

Central location and a big apartment with everything a traveller needs. Good Wi-Fi. A request to repair a broken shower head was quickly answered. Keys in keybox with code upon arrival.
Communication with host representative only by App and replies can take long. A request to change the bed linen once during a three week stay was answered after six days. No mid-stay cleaning of the apartment during the three week stay.
