The apartment is centrally located, and close to all amenities and night life. Also you have many supermarkets nearby for your shopping. The landlady was very kind and answered any request promptly and professionally. The 2 bedroom flat has everything you need and the kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine, oven, microwave and all kitchen utensils you may need. You have full use of the swimming pool which is part of the building complex and there are also cafes where you can buy drinks and food at very reasonable prices. Nearby you have many bus stops to many destinations including the airport. I would stay again in this apartment for my holiday in Maspalomas.

Visto L ultima recensione negativa che ho letto ero un po’ schettico .
Mi sono fidato della risposta della proprietaria. E ho fatto bene !
Appartamento arredato con gusto , pulitissimo
Posizione centralissima.
Piscina enorme la più grande che ho visto sul isola fin ora.
Non ho notato cani che abbaiavano né immondizia , anzi reception e manutentore sempre presenti e disponibili .
Ecco ci tenevo a fare sapere la mia esperienza super positiva !
Ci ritornerò volentieri!

Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Einrichtung Küche alles vorhanden.
Matratzen waren verbraucht und in der Mitte eine Kuhle. Konnten nicht zu zweit drin schlafen.
