Appartamento ampio, comodo, cucina spaziosa, bagno confortevole.
L'appartamento si trova in una strada stretta e scomoda. C'è scritto che c'è il parcheggio, ma si trova a circa 500 metri, in parte scale e in parte in salita, quindi non è molto agevole. Inoltre, l'appartamento è al 3° piano senza ascensore.
