Casa moderna, arredata discretamente, zona eccellente e ben servita.

Un po più di attenzione alla pulizia. In particolare ai vetri delle finestre e della cabina doccia.

Dies ist eine neue, sehr moderne Wohnung. Coop Supermarket vor dem Haus.,Tramhaltestelle vor dem Haus. Als Geschenk hat es Kaffeekapseln. Somit ist der Morgenkaffee schon mal sicher. Vielen Dank. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Super.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the host was very responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to comfortable bedding. The location is super convenient just a short walk to the supermarket and other shopping areas. Plus, the tram stop is nearby, and it only took us about 15 minutes to reach Duomo and Santa Maria Novella, which made getting around Florence so easy. Honestly, the high ratings are well deserved, this place truly lives up to the reviews. It’s perfect in every way, and we’d definitely stay here again!

- The location is good and comfortable, close to tram from airport, park and shopping center. - The apartment itself is modern and good equipped.

The host was only texting in Italian, so unfortunately no English (should be corrected on the booking.com site). - We can not understand the other reviews, as the apartment wasn't very clean (compared to other airbnb's), especially the shower area. - Air conditioner was not cooling the room. - mosquito net in the bedroom was defective.
