Près du Vieux-Port et des quartiers touristiques. Entrée facile et indépendante.
Lits plutôt inconfortables. Les équipements nécessiteraient une remise à niveau car beaucoup de matériel désuet et redondants. Plutôt bruyant les soirs et les week-ends, autant dans la rue que dans le bâtiment. Nous avons trouvé cela plutôt cher pour la qualité reçue.

L’emplacement est idéal. Bon équipement et propreté de l’appartement
Le mode de récupération des clés dans la rue avec boîtier accroché à un chêneau juste à côté de fils électriques dénudés. La montée d’escalier et la porte d’entrée très difficile à ouvrir de l’intérieur. Le matelas d’un lit pourrait offrir plus de confort car c’est une planche.
