Easy check in and out, helpful host and great location. Seaview apartment 5 has a great view over 180 degrees and is awesome, the kitchen is equipped sufficiently and the security for the building is reassuring.
The mattress in Seaview apartment 5 has reached the end of its life, needs replacing. The television needs moving as it is wall mounted above the bed so you cannot see it and it is on the adjoining wall to the next room so the noise travels straight through the wall, as i found out when the rather large lady from that room came pounding on my door at 0100 ...... oooppssss 55555

Good position for the town centre and the Barbican and sea front. The room was a good size, with a welcome pack which was nice.
The toaster and microwave were not in a good condtion. Bed was rather uncomfortable.

L emplacement, 10mn a pied de la baie de Plymouth.
Bâtiment vétuste, literie défoncé, salle de bains vieillotte et moquette tachée. Baie vitrée ne ferme pas. Cher pour prestation.
