Friendly staff and very accommodating.
Have a look at the plugs in the room; the USB charging is not working on any of the plugs, making charging cellphones difficult.

The property design itself was exceptional outside and inside.

Nice decor, beds were super comfortable.
Stood outside waiting for a long time to get in. Bathroom in family room is full glass, so everyone needs to take turns to go out of room if someone wants to use bathroom. Shower was cold and drain was blocked. No coffee station, only a kettle. Only two towels issued for 4 people in family room.
