The place was very clean and beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. I contacted reception and requested for a pair of scissors, within a minute, they were delivered to my room. They even let us keep our luggage at their premises after checking out to collect later. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Bloem.

What I liked most about the property was its central location, which made it very convenient to get around. The stay itself was also comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy the time there.
During our stay, we experienced a couple of maintenance issues that should be addressed. The geyser’s hot water ran out, which was inconvenient. Additionally, one of the bathrooms has a leaking bathtub tap that requires repair. Fixing these issues would greatly improve the overall guest experience.

The locations is perfect! It’s a short drive to UFS, Mimosa Mall and Loch Logan Waterfront Mall. The stay was comfortable. Clean room and the staff is super friendly and helpful.
