I loved how friendly the staff is. I’m addition, after work I would find my room clean. The consistency in the cleanliness is impeccable. The food was also amazing
The only thing I would critique is the fact that the rooms do not have microwave

Centrally located! It was freezing in Bloemfontein but one didn’t feel it as the hotel placed warm cloths on our window screens every morning! Such a niche and uniquely impressive gesture👌🏾👌🏾
No lifts for our heavy bags. That was the only negative comment I have about the hotel.Everything else was splendid.

I loved the friendliness of the staff
I didn't like that I couldn't sleep well the first night. People came in drunk early morning hours and we couldn't sleep at all. I know it's not the staffs fault but they should have a zero tolerance for disturbing other guests. We had to attend a funeral and couldn't sleep from 3am.
