Everything about that place is perfect. The place itself is peaceful and even when they have functions, you hardly feel it because they make sure that you don't get affected. This is the second time at Tuscan Rose and I have decided to make it my home whenever I travel to Bloemfontein. Sandra is the BEST!!!
