Great space, great facilities especially the air con. Good location
Sash windows allow in a lot of noise. Not from the pub next door, which I'd expected, but from early morning dustbin lorries, delivery lorries, plus people just chatting in the early hours unaware that there are residents around - it's mainly offices and retail so they're oblivious. Better windows would have resolved this, but as they are it's hard to get unbroken sleep.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location, near a good connected metrostation, and close to nice neighborhoods such as Covent Garden and SoHo
The apartment had quite a bit of wear and tear. The beds were not so comfortable anymore. The apartment also smelled of food, and the neighbor pub caused quite a bit of noise until late
